Laboratatory Makeup Request Form

- Forms will NOT be monitored between 5 pm and 10 am the following day. If you wish to guest in the 8:30 am section, your form MUST be submitted before 5 pm the previous day.
- Only one or two will be permitted to guest in one Laboratory section per week. Because of this, please do not wait until Friday for makeup.
- Students are responsible for contacting their TA to obtain graded material.
- You may not guest more than two times during the semester.
- Any guesting request form must be submitted at least 3 business hours before the laboratory you wish to attend starts.
- You may NOT guest in another section for the Final Examination.
